I try to take on as many commissions and custom requests as I can but, unfortunately, I am not always able to accommodate your specific request. Please contact me for more information.

For full disclosure, I do charge more for commissions as they are items I am creating from scratch which I will not necessarily be adding to my product circulation. This means that my standard hourly rate for design work applies. In addition to this, professional printing costs for small quantities are much higher and so this also factors into the final quote.

If your request is something I am planning on adding to my product inventory then keep an eye out for it in the restocks and you will be able to purchase it at the standard bookmark price!

It depends. Some of the bookmarks in the sets are also part of my original standalone collection and so can be purchased separately. However, others have been designed exclusively for the bookmark sets and are currently not available to purchase on their own.

If your order is taking longer than the estimated time and you received a tracking number in your confirmation email, you will be able to track your order via the number provided. For untracked delivery services please double-check the given address and also check with your local post office. Please see the Shipping Policy page if you're unsure which delivery service your order has been shipped with. If it has been more than 8 weeks and you still have not received your order, please contact me with your name and order number for further assistance.

I try to make delivery as affordable as possible but shipping costs are, unfortunately, out of my control as the prices are set by Royal Mail. All international orders over £8 are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked which gives you the peace of mind of a tracking number and your orders usually get to you faster!

I do offer untracked shipping for smaller orders (under £8) which is a much more affordable and logical alternative when you are only purchasing a small amount.

All orders are shipped in biodegradable or recyclable packaging. Depending on what you order, this will either be:

• A hard-backed "do not bend" envelope
• A thick brown mailing envelope
• A cardboard mailing box secured with brown paper tape
• A cardboard mailing tube

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact me as soon as possible and I will manually change the address on your order. If your order has already been dispatched then there is unfortunately nothing I can do as it will already be in the postal network. Please check the address provided carefully before placing your order!
