EU customers

Unfortunately due to GPSR and the new €3 fixed duty per product category fee, I am currently unable to ship to the EU. It was a tough decision to disable EU shipping but as a very small business it is just not possible at the moment. This is something I hope to be able to resolve in the future but for now, thank you for all your support!

US customers

The recent removal of the US de minimis exemption means that goods entering the US are now subject to tariffs, regardless of their value. These duties are included in the price and can range from around 10–40% (and sometimes more), depending on the product.

As the duties are paid in advance at checkout, you should not have any additional customs fees to pay when your parcel arrives.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact Literary Craft Parlour as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
